We will be in touch when we receive your order to arrange delivery and installation. Most products are available in our warehouse, so our handling time is just 1-5 days Mon-Saturday. However, in some situations the products need to ordered/shipped. Our longer waiting times are usually around 1-5 days on top of our handling times Monday-Saturday. We take payment in full for purchasing a hot tub, swim spa or any other ecommerce products. We accept most major credit and debit cards. We are a registered credit broker also through our finance partner Kandoo, so if you wish to buy on finance, we have some options available.
